Covid 19 - Coronavirus

As I am sure you are all aware the coronavirus situation is escalating at alarming rates.

As yet we have no plans to close waters but would advise members to keep away should they have any symptoms.

We ask you to keep your distance from other anglers and carry hand sanitiser for use after opening locks etc.

Bailiffs will still be making regular checks and they have been asked to carry hand sanitiser to use before and after checking handbooks.

We will be following the government's advice and will advise members on the planned work parties and possible lake closures as and when the situation changes.

Stay safe.

Some of the boggy pegs were scraped but further improvements will have to wait for drier conditions

Later work will also include the planting of marginal vegetation to include iris and reeds. ... See MoreSee Less
